How to bring your friends

  • Friends listEvery profile has a friend code. Add someone once, see who is online and call them to your room with one tap.
  • Quick matchNo friends around? Quick match puts you with whoever is looking for a race right now.
  • Bots fill inTwo friends already make a race: the slots up to eight become bots that drive and shoot like the championship ones.
  • Team vs the botsSwitch it on in the lobby and humans race together, with no damage between you, against the bots.
  • Group Battle RoyaleIn the browser, the host switches on Battle Royale in the lobby: the zone closes for everyone and the last car standing wins (in the apps, from 0.16).

Five cars, parts and paint jobs earned in the offline championship. In the room, every driver brings their own build.

After the race

In the browser game (and in the apps from version 0.16): Rematch reopens the same room with no new invite, everyone you raced with shows up in your profile to add as a friend, and Challenge a friend sends your time on that track for someone to beat.

Questions

How do I race online with friends in Dust Circuit?

Open online mode, create a room and share the 5-letter code. Anyone who types the code joins the same room, and the host starts whenever ready. The track is the one the host picked in the garage.

How many players fit in a room?

Up to eight drivers. Empty slots become bots, so two of you already make a full race.

Can I play it as a 2 player racing game?

Yes, online: each player on their own device (iPhone, Android, Windows or browser), in the same room via the code. There is no split screen on one device. The six free slots become bots, so a race for two still has a full grid.

My friend doesn't have the game. How do I invite them?

In the browser game (and in the apps from version 0.16), the lobby has Invite by link. Anyone with the app joins the room straight away; anyone without it opens the game in the browser, with the button for their device's store.

Can we team up against the bots?

Yes. With Team vs the bots switched on in the lobby, humans don't damage each other and the result shows the team's best position.

Do I have to pay or sign up?

No. Online is free and your profile is created automatically with a nickname; no email or password. The only purchase is optional and just removes ads between races.
